Charity Work
Along with Clay Eddy Fields, we are also active in charity work throughout our community. We are proud supporters of our veterans, Kiwanis, and Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts.
We have a feed the veterans program that provides food weekly. This is done through the Geauga Veterans Services. This way we can ensure that our servicemen and women get delicious fruits and veggies, along with other necessities. Donations can be made at Eddy Fruit Farm, whether it is money or food items.
We also partner with the Aktion Club, which is a community based organization for adults with developing disabilities. This is Kiwanis and community supported based organization. Along with the Aktion Club, we are very active with the Kiwanis and other projects they support. This includes a food drive for Thanksgiving baskets, which we raise funds through bake sales. We also lend a helping hand at the Pancake Breakfast that is held every Sunday at the West Geauga High School in March.
We also help with Backpack For Kids. This is a program for when children are taken from the home. This backpack is filled with toiletries, blankets, pajamas, and books and helps them feel a little more at home away from home. This is for children of newborn age up to 12 years.
We love supporting our local schools, churches, and the Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts. If you have any questions on how you can donate, you can email eddyfarmermarket@gmail.com or stop in the store.
